7x 800m at 5:30 (ie. every 5:30min set off) -
4:10, 4:13, 4:17, 4:20, 4:14, 4:17, 4:20 - slower and slower, supposedly tempo steady run.
7x 400m at 3:30 -
1:41, 1:46, 1:39, 1:40, 1:47, 1:43 - too weak, low sugar, skipped 1 set.
