Life in the fast (& not so fast) lane.
This is a blog about my adventures and passions - climbing, running, triathlons, ultra-endurance races & training. I call them my little escapades.

Rest is harder
Injury is hard. Rest is even harder. Lack of activities and workout makes a moody girl.
Attempted a shorter RPM class today, was paranoid and tentative about knee so the workout was not as tough as it should be.

get some rest when it is needed, there is plenty of time for more races...
performance = train hard + rest harder. Ironically the "rest harder" part is offen agnored or neglected by athletics. Rest and recover well, you will come back stronger. Spend more time on your cycling and swimming in this period, and you will clock good timing for all your future triathlon!!!!
