TB Stairs

I did 8 sets of TB stairs tonight. I was slower, but legs definitely felt more conditioned for stairs than my last 2 trainings. I met Lihui in the stairs, the girls had a media launch this morning. My knee hurt a little on some steps. Hmm....

I have a packet of Arthro-flex with siew lee. You may hv it if u like to try to see if it helps. Or try the knee massager i gave u for last year christmas.. ha

ok,still remember i hv knee problems last year? It took me 2 mths to recover with no intense exercise. My advice is that you better have a good rest for a longer period and be easy with your training. Which is important? A healthy knees or a moment of thrill in joining races and hurting your body with no returns, e.g. like friends whom go for knee operation.
