Then ladder VO2max. But I was so stoned from yesterday.... Even misjudged the distance!
200, 400, 600, 400, 200, rest intervals of 30sec!
Sets @ Race Pace: 4 sets of 1.6km. Managed to keep a fairly consistent pace. :)
