Bumped into Eddie Chang at RPM Challenge class. Heard that he went for brick training wih Lau PK over the weekend. I rode hard, and basically killed my legs. Almost my lungs too. Perhaps RPM classes counted as interval trainings. :) But now one knee was hurting from yesterday's long ride.
Hmm, how to shave off 10-15min from my ride time? Maybe it was time to upgrade my bicycle.... But oh so expensive!
