I planned a 15km run with Alber tonight - 1.5x MF loops. But silly me brought the wrong pair of running shoes - Pearl Izumi - and ended up with a sore knee after 7km. Ended the run and strolled back to club. Oh well, I would have to try again on Sunday.
How exciting, we are going on a Star-1 Kayaking course tomorrow!
