Today was the first time I attended BodyPump at the ORQ gym. I normally go there only for RPM, so I even had to ask for directions to the group exercise studio. Oops. Leonard took the class through some older songs and new releases. Legs felt a bit heavy during the warm-up lunges. The 'problem' with old releases was that there was no or very little break in between. That meant biceps all the way, no breather stretch during the track. Or triceps all the way. And most other bodily parts. Ouch ouch. Managed to do the lunges with weighted bar though. :)
Came home for dinner. Mum roasted a giant pork knuckle.... and nothing else! Argh... too jiat lat to eat much. That one knuckle bone joint was the size of my fist, and bigger than my hand!
